To connect young male ballet dancers with professional male dancers from local ballet companies, fostering mentorship, growth, and opportunities for the next generation of talent. Additionally, raise awareness about the Foundation and build lasting relationships with local ballet companies to ensure the program's success.

Mentorship Program Structure
The mentorship program pairs young male dancers with experienced mentors to provide personalized guidance, foster growth, and celebrate achievements through structured support and evaluations.
Application & Matching
- Mentees apply with their goals, performance videos, and teacher recommendations.
- Mentors are identified and matched based on expertise, availability, and the mentee’s needs.

Ongoing Support & Evaluation

Regular check-ins and feedback sessions ensure progress,

Local liaison will help to reach out local ballet company in the name of Ballet Boys Foundation.
